Our CrossFit classes support your inner competitor, while ensuring you #evolveyourfitness in a sustainable way. Our main focus is to encourage proper form and movement patterns, recovery, and good nutrition habits.

All of our CrossFit classes are 1 hr. 15-minute sessions. Each class is a maximum of 14 people. These class-sizes allow for more focused coaching and an individual workout space for each group member.

    5:45am, 7:15, 11:00am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm

    (No 11:00am class on Thursday)

CrossFit

The Legends class is a 50-minute session that focuses on low-impact movements for those looking to be strong, fit, and healthy regardless of their age. This is our non-barbell class; equipment used includes kettle bells, dumb bells, medicine balls, and bands, among other tools.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids focuses heavily on having fun and learning about moving the body in a functional way. Our program services ages 6-12 and includes equipment like PVC, gymnastics mats, rings, cones, adjustable pull-up bars, medicine balls, boxes, light weights such as kettlebells & dumbbells, and more!

  • Sunday, 11:00am - 12:00pm

  • Our kid's class run on a session registration basis. Sessions run for 6 weeks, with a 2-week break. Spaces are limited. To register for a current or future session, click below:
